Fully understanding all types of losses, the built environment and the resulting damage that is caused, is the key to delivering the correct solution for recovery. This allows for effective scoping, mitigation, restoration and repairs to be completed controlling overall claim cost.
Our services include, but are not limited to technical property surveys, quality audits, moisture profiling, mitigation and stabilisation. Controlled strip out, structural drying, decontamination of fire, mould and chemical contaminants. Post remediation verification, project management and consulting services to property owners, property managers, the insurance industry and their clients.
We service both commercial and domestic markets, dealing with all types of events from small water damage incidents to major loss fires. We understand the complexities of Strata and general property insurance claims; as a result, we are well placed to manage and deal with your project.
