Professionalism and Expertise Personified!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Steve Cranston and the Pircsa team.

Our property recently had a burst water pipe that caused quite a bit of flooding.

From the day I met Steve until well after they had completed their work, he and his team were amazing.
They are absolute subject matter experts when it comes to surveying, mitigating and restoring water damage.

Steve was recommended to me and he was fantastic, coming over on a Saturday, the morning after we spoke.

He immediately assessed the moisture in everything from the concrete slab to the skirting boards and gyprock walls. They did a thorough analysis, using thermal imaging and different readers for the different materials. Explaining everything that he was doing and why. While doing so he Leaving markings for his team to follow up in coming days to remove the skirting boards and gyprock up to a relevant level.

He took various samples from the wet gyprock to test for mould and identified a number f concern areas.
To make the property safe as the property was quite saturated, he installed two industrial dehumidifiers to run 24*7.

From this first day until around 4 weeks later, when they completed their work, Steve and his team helped me remediate our issues and even advised on managing the strata insurance. Communicating throughout all the stages of remediation.

Overall I cannot rate Steve and Pircsa highly enough. If all building and remediation companies were in the same league of Pircsa, we would be in a wonderful place and our homes and properties would be in a AAA state.
